Orders and pricing
Prices, availability and lead times are subject to change until an order is confirmed. If a price or availability error affects your order we'll contact you before charging and you can cancel.
Product representation
Natural materials vary. Wood grain, stone veining, leather and textile colour will differ from photography, and outdoor teak weathers over time. Dimensions are nominal and may vary slightly.
Delivery and risk
You're responsible for providing accurate delivery information and confirming that pieces fit through access points. Inspect deliveries and note damage on the paperwork before signing.
Trade and project orders
Trade and project orders are governed by the written quote and any signed agreement, which take precedence over these terms.
