Can I see pieces in person?

We work by appointment with our design studio rather than a showroom floor. Textile and finish memos can be sent so you can review materials at home or in your studio.

How long does made-to-order take?

Each product page lists its production window. Freight transit is added on top, and we confirm a delivery window once the piece leaves production.

Do you offer swatches?

Yes. Request textile and finish memos through the design services form and we'll send the relevant options for your project.

Is outdoor furniture safe in full sun and salt air?

The outdoor collection is specified for it: FSC-certified teak, marine-grade aluminum, performance rope and solution-dyed acrylic cushions. Care instructions on each page explain how to keep the finish even.

Do you work with designers and hospitality groups?

Yes. Elovano Trade covers designers, architects, developers and procurement teams, and our contract team handles hotels, resorts, clubs and restaurants.

Can you help plan a whole room?

That's what our design service is for — scaled layouts, piece selection, textiles and delivery sequencing, at no cost and with no purchase requirement.
