Returns & Cancellations
In-stock pieces
In-stock pieces can be returned within 30 days of delivery in original condition and packaging. Return freight and any white glove pickup cost is deducted from the refund.
Made to order
Made-to-order pieces are produced for you in your chosen finish, so they can't be returned once production starts. Cancellations are accepted before production begins — usually within 48 hours of ordering.
Damage in transit
Inspect your delivery before signing. Note any damage on the delivery paperwork, photograph it, and contact us within 48 hours. We arrange repair, replacement parts or replacement at no cost to you.
Trade and project orders
Trade and project orders follow the terms on your written quote, which take precedence over this page.
