Curbside
The carrier delivers to the curb. Best for smaller, lighter pieces.
Threshold
Delivered inside the first dry area — garage, entry or lobby.
Room of choice
Carried to the room you nominate, still in packaging.
White glove
Unpacked, assembled, placed and packaging removed.
Lead times
In-stock pieces normally leave the warehouse within one to two weeks. Made-to-order pieces show their production window on the product page; freight transit is added on top. We confirm a delivery window by phone or email once the piece leaves production.
Scheduling & access
Tell us about stairs, elevators, gate codes, narrow doorways or HOA delivery windows when you order. Measure entryways against the product dimensions before your delivery date — access issues are the most common cause of a rescheduled delivery.
